David S. Reasner, Ph.D.

President and Founder

David Reasner, our President and Founder, is a biopharmaceutical development executive with broad operational and strategic experience.  Most recently, David completed a 15-year tenure at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals (formerly Sepracor) where he held positions of increasing responsibility consistent with the growth of the company from a virtual out-licensing business to a fully-integrated pharmaceutical company with $1.2 Billion in annual revenue built on eight product launches.  He held senior leadership roles in clinical operations and data science that contributed to both the successful acquisition of Sepracor by Dainippon Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals and the integration of Sepracor with the DSP Americas subsidiary.  Primary responsibilities included directing internal support or contracting external support for study conduct, data management, and biostatistical reporting of multiple drug development programs in the respiratory and central nervous system therapeutic areas (Phase I – Phase IV) as well as building integrated work processes and data standards with DSP in order to establish coordinated product development on a global basis.

David is a member of the American Statistical Association, Drug Information Association, and Society for Clinical Data Management as well as an active industry speaker with expertise in patient-reported outcomes, strategic outsourcing, and GXP compliance. He earned his undergraduate Psychology degree from Duke University and went on to complete a Ph.D. in Biopsychology at Cornell University as well as post-doctoral training in Neuroscience at the Worcester Foundation for Experimental Biology.  David currently resides in the Greater Boston area.
